For the first time in my life today as i go thru the CAME program we stripped down an engine. this engine is a Ford Festiva B3 245624

First is we time the engine's timing belt. this is to put the 1 and 4 piston to Top Dead Center and putting the 2 and 3 piston to Bottom dead Center.

After the engine was timed we then took out the rocker cover to remove head bolts. but in doing so we have to remember the spot were the bolts go due to it may have been stretch or formed for the location it was taken off.

then we took the the Valves out

After that we when on to the pistons and crankshaft of the engine
